Privacy Policy

1. Information stored by the game

The app stores information on your device to provide its features, including:

• Game progress, discovered pictures, stars, coins, and category progress.
• Daily challenge, daily spin, chest, and helper-reward information.
• Language, music, sound, and animation preferences.
• Purchase entitlement and transaction-token information used to grant purchases and prevent duplicate rewards.
• Review-prompt history and achievement synchronization information.

The app does not require you to create a separate developer-operated account.

2. Intended audience

Hangman Picture Reveal is intended for people aged 16 and older and is not directed at children under 16. The app does not ask new players to provide their age or date of birth.

For existing installations that previously provided age information, a locally stored age group may remain and be used to apply advertising protections. We do not retain the originally entered age or date of birth.

3. Advertising and consent

The app uses Google AdMob to display automatic advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements.

Google’s advertising services may collect and share information such as:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location.
• Advertising and other device or account identifiers.
• App interactions and interactions with advertisements.
• Diagnostic information, including performance and error information.

This information may be used to deliver and measure advertising, personalize advertising where permitted, prevent fraud, and maintain service security.

The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect and manage privacy choices where applicable. Depending on your location and the choices you make, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or unavailable.

Declining consent does not prevent ordinary gameplay. Features that award a benefit for watching an advertisement require an eligible advertisement to be available and completed.

Where available, you can review or change your choices through Settings → Privacy choices. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

Google describes its advertising data practices in its Mobile Ads SDK disclosure and Privacy Policy.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. The app receives purchase information, such as product identifiers, purchase status, and purchase tokens, to provide purchased coins or other entitlements and restore eligible purchases.

The app does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Google processes payment information under its own policies.

5. Google Play Games

The app integrates Google Play Games Services for achievements and leaderboards.

When connected to Google Play Games, the app may access your player identifier and submit achievement progress and scores, including total stars, unique pictures solved, and perfect solves.

Your player profile and leaderboard entries may be visible to other players according to Google Play Games settings. You can manage your gaming profile and supported game-data deletion options through Google Play Games or your Google Account.

6. Sharing and reviews

If you choose to share the app, Android opens the sharing service you select. That service handles information according to its own privacy policy.

If you submit a Google Play review, Google handles the review and any associated public profile information under its policies.

7. Who receives information

Information may be processed by Google and applicable advertising partners to provide advertising, consent management, purchases, achievements, and leaderboards. Partner details and available choices are presented through the consent interface where applicable.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include and use it to respond to your request.

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe their international processing and applicable safeguards.

8. Storage, retention, and deletion

Local game information generally remains on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it. Doing so may permanently remove local progress and earned rewards.

Android may back up or transfer eligible app data depending on your device and account settings. Backed-up data may be restored after reinstallation. The locally stored age group is excluded from the app’s configured backups.

Clearing local data does not automatically delete Google Play purchase records, Google Play Games records, or information held by advertising services. Those records are subject to the relevant provider’s retention policies and deletion controls.

Correspondence sent to us is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to address the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent.

Where applicable, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information handled by the app. However, no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required.
